If you are already familiar with the portal , please proceed to Login. If not, please read through the help guide below.

To easily navigate through the portal, please read the instructions below.

Parents (before first login)
1. Navigate to the portal's Login page.
N.B. If you encounter any certificate warnings when trying to visit the Senatical link, just click on advanced tab and then continue.

2. Click the “Don't know your password?” link which will open the 'Request new password' page.

3. Fill in the username as provided by the school.

4. Click Submit. A new password will be sent to your email that is registered within SENATICAL.

To avoid mistakes, just copy and paste the password.

N.B. This process can be used to reset your password.

Parents Login

To login click on the "Portal Login" link above.

1. On the Login page,  enter your username and password to login.
N.B. If you put a wrong password three times, your account will be locked and you will have to contact the school's ICT department.

2. The first page is your Home page ,on which the school can post messages.

N.B. There is a “Change password” link, to change your password if need be. A password should comprise of 8-20 characters which should include atleast an UpperCase letter,  a lowercase letter, digit(s) and panctuation mark(s).

3. My parent profile link on the main menu on the left this Parent's profile page which displays the parent's personal details as well as a list of their children. Each child has a green View icon on the right-hand side. Students who are not on the register due to payment issues display “Payment pending” instead of the View icon.
- at any stage the parent can return to this page by clicking the My parent profile link from the main menu on the left. 

4. The green View info icon next the child details opens the Student's profile.

5. At the top there are several tabs which include the following:

a. Personal - displays the personal details of the student.

b. Subjects - displays a list of the subjects that the student is currently studying at the school, including the name of the teacher.

c. Attendance - displays a list of the student's absences.

d. Homework - displays a list of the student's upcoming and past homework assignments.

e. Mark book - displays a list of the student's upcoming and past assessments and exams. Please note that you have to untick/uncheck the "upcoming only" option.

f. Credits - displays a list of the student's credits.

g. Demerits - displays a list of the student's demerits.

h. Reports - displays a list of the student's reports in pdf format which parents can download.

i. Library - displays a list of the student's current and past library loans.

N.B. We encourage you to use Chrome web browser or Mozilla Firefox web browser.
